Simply Sleep™ Fact Sheet

If you're losing sleep, you're not alone. In fact, one in three adults1 experiences sleepiness during the day that interferes with daily activities.
Simply Sleep™ is a non–habit-forming sleep aid product created for those nights when you simply want to sleep. It contains no pain reliever.
While everyone has different sleep needs, the National Sleep Foundation2 recommends that most people get seven to nine hours of sleep per night. And it's not just the number of hours that count — it's also the quality of the sleep. It's important to get an uninterrupted, restful night's sleep.
You're probably not getting the sleep you need if you:

  • Feel groggy and lethargic in the morning
  • Feel drowsy during the day
  • Need more than 30 minutes to fall asleep
  • Wake up frequently during the night and have trouble getting back to sleep

Warnings

Do not use Simply Sleep™ in children under 12 years of age or with any other products containing diphenhydramine, even ones used on skin. Ask a doctor before use if you have a breathing problem such as emphysema or chronic bronchitis; trouble urinating due to an enlarged prostate gland or glaucoma. When using this product drowsiness will occur. Alcoholic drinks should be avoided. Do not drive a motor vehicle or operate machinery. Stop use and ask a doctor if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 2 weeks. Insomnia may be a symptom of a serious underlying medical illness. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking sedatives or tranquilizers.
