City Councils are now taking a stance on getting their residents to eat healthier. This week, Philadelphia initiated its new menu-labeling law requiring chain and independent restaurants to list nutrition info on all food items on the menu boards. The list includes saturated fats, trans fats, sodium, carbohydrates and calories. New York was the first city to take action; Philly the 4th. Listing nutrition data should help diners make better for you eating choices. – Rich
